1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent no. 2 has passed an order on 5.6.2025. Consequently the instant writ petition has rendered infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is however, granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition if so advised , upon the hearing of a fresh cause of action.

3. The Learned Advocate on record for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the office of the Staterespondents.

4. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept on record.
