It has been informed that the next has been fixed in the month of December, 2023 by the Learned Special Court. The petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court till 31st of August, 2023.

Prima facie, it reflects that the petitioner is complying with the order, so passed by this Court and there are no allegation of any violation of the conditions so imposed by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the interim bail so granted on 19.5.2023 is hereby confirmed.

The petitioner would abide by the same conditions as was earlier imposed.
