The stage at which the petitioners approached before this Court is when the investigation of the case was pending.

Mr. Bapuli, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that charge-sheet has been submitted before the Jurisdictional Court on 28.08.2021 under Sections 341/ 323/ 354B/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned advocate submits that the investigating authorities formed their opinion so far as the allegations are concerned under Sections 341/ 323/ 354B and other relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the opinion that the cause of action for preferring the quashing of the F.I.R. has changed. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1632 of 2021 is disposed of. Petitioners are granted liberty to file a fresh revisional application, if so advised, challenging the charge-sheet and the documents submitted alongwith the same under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
