The writ petition is enclosed with an order dated 21.09.2023 passed by a Division Bench wherein directions were passed and it has been recorded that the order in question has been complied with. Accordingly the contempt application being CPAN 1191 of 2007 was disposed of.

Petitioner now complains regarding his problems associated with cultivation. Since the Division Bench has recorded in its order regarding the compliance of the directions and there are subsequent disturbance in respect of peaceful possession as well as cultivation of the property as the petitioner claims, the Inspector-in-Charge, Arambagh Police Station will keep a strict vigil and

ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place because of any overt act of any of the parties involved.

The concerned police station would ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties and there is no violation of the earlier order passed by the Division Bench.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13299 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted on behalf of the state be kept with the record.
