Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has become infructuous, since there has been a change in the rule position. He wishes to withdraw the present writ petition. It is further stated by the counsel for the petitioner that he has applied for a fresh sanction in respect of G+3. In view of the same since the petition has become infructuous, the same is disposed of as infructuous.
