The Officer-in-Charge, Palashipara Police Station has filed a report dated 14th September, 2021 in the form of instructions to the learned Government Pleader. It appears from the said report that the petitioner herself locked the premises and had gone away to Jalpaiguri to reside with her son, namely, Abhijit Das Bairagya, who is working with the Border Security Force.

The said information was derived from the brother of the writ petitioner, namely, Dhirendra Nath Bairagya.

Learned counsel for the petitioner reiterates that his client has been locked out by the daughter-in-law and her brother, namely, Dhirendra Nath Bairagya, has personal enmity against her.

This Court is not inclined to pass any other order than to observe that the petitioner shall be

entitled to enter into her own premises at any point of time.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

The report in the form of instructions to the Government Pleader dated 14.09.2021 issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Palashipara Police Station is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
