Petitioner informed the Officer-in-Charge, Golabari Police Station on or about 11.10.2023 in respect of trespass having been committed at his residential premises and there were theft in respect of certain articles.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that neither the petitioner nor the private respondents are staying at the said flat.

Be that as it may, in case the petitioner has documents in his possession to establish his case, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate. Learned Magistrate will assess and ascertain regarding the veracity of the accusations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13447 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
