The petitioner is aggrieved by the marks that is recorded in the mark-sheet of B.Sc. Semester-III Honours Examination (under CBCS) 2019 in respect of the Internal Assessment in Thermal Physics for the year 2019 wherein it has been mentioned that out of 20 marks the petitioner has received '0' (Zero) marks. The learned advocate appearing for the Bangabasi Morning College submits, upon instructions, that it was by mistake that '0' (Zero) marks has been mentioned in the mark-sheet of the petitioner. The

correct marks obtained by the petitioner is 16 out of 20.

The College authority submits that they will forward the necessary details of the marks of the petitioner to the University.

The learned advocate appearing for the University submits that, as on date, there is no communication from the College authority with regard to the change of marks of the petitioner in the Internal Assessment. As it appears that the College authority has already admitted that they have committed an error in not sending the proper marks to the University and it has been submitted in Court that the petitioner has received 16 out of 20 marks, accordingly, the College is directed to immediately forward to the University the correct marks obtained by the petitioner in the Internal Assessment for Thermal Physics in the year 2019 at the earliest.

The University on receipt of the correct marks from the College shall make necessary corrections in the mark-sheet of the petitioner immediately thereafter. The University shall also issue a fresh marksheet showing proper marks obtained by the petitioner. With the above observations, WPA 12925 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
