Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated by the de facto complainant. The present complaint is an offshoot of property dispute.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the husband of the de facto complainant as also to the statement of the neighbours. She refers to the medical documents of the de facto complainant. She submits that the de facto complainant suffered a miscarriage due to the assault on her. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 2992 of 2022 is dismissed.
