The present revisional application along with the connected applications is taken up for hearing. The main grievance of the petitioners relates to issuance of proclamation and attachment. I find that the case was registered in the year 2020 and the harsher process of law was issued in the year 2022. Having considered the fact that liberty of the accused is involved, I am inclined to keep the proclamation and attachment so issued on 02.02.2022 and 05.04.2022 in abeyance till 15.01.2024.

The petitioners would be at liberty to exercise their remedies available and/or exhaust the process of law within the aforesaid period.

In case the petitioners do not appear/surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chanchal on or before 20.01.2024, the learned court would revive the proclamation and attachment so earlier issued.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2088 of 2022 along with the connected applications is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
