The petitioner is unable to furnish any further document in support of his Indian citizenship. He is in custody for about eleven months. The prosecution proposes to examine nine witnesses. In the event the petitioner is released on bail at this stage, chances of his abscondence cannot be ruled out. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The application for bail is disposed of.
