In view of the order dated 13th June, 2023, I take up this revisional application for consideration. This application challenges the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division in Title Suit No. 183 of 2010 by which learned trial court had given opportunity to the defendant nos. 1 to 4 to cross-examine the PW-1, who was examined on 21.9.2013, partly cross-examined and on 12.12.2013, he was examined in full and discharged. The impugned order does not manifest the failure on the part of learned trial court to exercise jurisdiction vested in it. The revisional application does not merit any consideration and is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial court forthwith.
