1. Ms. Roy Chowdhury, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors nos. 2 and 3 by placing two separate affidavits affirmed by Soumen Mondal and Ketan Kumar Rajak, being the contemnor nos. 2 and 3 respectively submits that the order dated 14th November 2022 has duly been complied with. She contends that in compliance of the aforesaid order the entire backwages amounting to Rs.1,92,953/- and Rs.1,73,334/- by two separate demand drafts bearing no. 501293 and 501292 respectively both dated 7th December 2023 have been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

2. The aforesaid affidavits be retained with the record.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, nothing survives in the contempt application being CPAN 723 of 2023 and the same is accordingly disposed of.
