Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken record. 2.
This is an application for recalling compromise filed by the both parties.

The learned advocate is present before this Court to represent on behalf of the de facto complainant.

It is submitted by both the learned counsels that the matter has been amicably settled and the divorce has been granted by way of Khula and nothing survives between them.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner no.2, namely, Noor Alam the father-in-law has expired during pendency of the proceeding.

It is submitted that the complaint lodged by the present de facto complainant pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Asansol, Purba Burdwan be quashed.

Learned counsel represents the State also hand over the latter addressed to the Inspector-in-charge, Asansol(South) P.S. by the de facto complainant intimating that she is not willing to continue or pursue with the proceeding further, since there is Khula accepted by her husband, the marital relationship has come to an end. Let the said report be kept with the record.

Heard the submission and perused the record and the joint application filed by both the parties and duly affirmed. The de facto complainant herself is present before this Court. It is mentioned by way of joint application that divorce has been granted by way of Khula and nothing survives between them to continue with the proceeding further.

This court considering all the aspect is of view, that there is no reason to allow to continue the proceeding further. Hence, the instant joint compromise application is accepted. 10.
This revisionnal application along with CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.

The proceeding pending before the learned Court, Judicial Magistrate, Asansol, Purba Burdwwan stands quashed, which was filed against the present petitioners.
12.
All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
