The petitioners claim that they are facing obstruction in their free egress and ingress through the passage which, according to the petitioners, is being obstructed by an illegal construction at the behest of the private respondents.

Since the representation was made on 20.03.2023, if the inconveniences are still faced by the petitioners, the petitioners will freshly approach the police authorities. The police authorities will take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 12303 of 2023 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
