This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner is directed against the order No. 23 dated 19th December, 2013 passed by the learned trial court taking into consideration the fact that on the date fixed for cross-examination of PW-2 by the defendant, no step was taken by the defendant.

It appears that learned trial court was alive to the fact that the litigant plaintiff is a senior citizen who has filed the suit for recovery of Khas possession.

This application is disposed of with the direction upon the learned trial court to dispose of the suit, if it is still pending, within two months from the date of receipt of order. This revisional application is thus, disposed of. Notice upon the opposite party is dispensed with. Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial court forthwith.
