After filing of the writ petition, the arrear honorarium of the petitioner has been paid.

Presently the petitioner restricts prayer for releasing the puja bonus in respect of the years 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Learned advocate representing the Municipality submits, upon instruction that, the petitioner be directed to file an application before the Municipality and the Municipality will certainly clear the dues. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a comprehensive representation before the Municipality disclosing the amount that is due and payable on account of puja bonus.

The Municipality, on receipt of the application from the petitioner, shall proceed to disburse the amount at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application. The writ petition stands disposed of.
