1. It is submitted by Mr. Amal Kr. Sen, learned counsel the alleged contemnors that his clients have not only filed charge sheet as recorded in the order dated 18th May, 2023 but have also filed a supplementary charge sheet.

2. Putting the charge sheet to committal, is the responsibility of the Magistrate and the concerned Sessions Judge, if applicable. The petitioners may take steps based on the Court's order.

3. With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 837 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
