The application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the applicant praying for a direction upon the learned District Delegate at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of Misc. Case No.5 of 2020 (L.A.) expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned Advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order-sheets appended to the revisional application more particularly the orders dated 27th of November, 2024 and 7th of April, 2025, it appears that the Court is lying vacant. In view thereof, this Court is

not inclined to pass any direction upon the charge Court. In the event, the regular Presiding Officer is available, the learned Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Misc. Case No.5 of 2020(L.A.) as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the above observation, C.O.1939 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
