In Judgment dated 9.2.2026, certain inadvertent typographical errors are detected which are to be corrected. 3.

In paragraph 16 of the said judgment in the third line the word "pay" be replaced by inserting the correct word "furnish". 4.

In the third line from the bottom of paragraph 16 the word "petitioner" be replaced by inserting the correct word "victim". 5.

Accordingly, above corrections are to be incorporated by the department and the corrected judgment be substituted along with this order.

Other portion of the judgment shall remain unaltered. Let this order be treated as part of the judgment delivered on 9.2.2026.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
