The hearing was conducted on 19th May, 2022 when both the parties were present. The fate of the hearing has not been made known to the parties. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Howrah Municipal Corporation to communicate the fate of the hearing.

As it appears that hearing has already been conducted way back on 19th May, 2022, it is incumbent for the Howrah Municipal Corporation to communicate the fate of the hearing of the parties.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority of the Howrah Municipal Corporation to communicate the fate of the hearing conducted on 19th May, 2022 to the parties positively within 30th November, 2022. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in court is taken on records.
