It appears from the report of the said District Inspector of Schools that the proposal for transfer of the petitioner has been withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid development, the impugned recommendation for transfer issued by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission bearing Memo No. 54/6965/CSSC/GT/2023 dated April 18, 2023 is set aside. W.P.A. 12306 of 2023 is thus, disposed of without any order as to costs.
