It appears that the instant application is filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure challenging the judgment and order dated 6.3.2013 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Misc. Case being No. 42/2011 and is listed since the year 2015. It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed further with the present application. Accordingly, there is no justification to keep this revisional application pending in the list. So, the revisional application being no. CO/1640/2015 is hereby dismissed for default.

Although the application being CAN/1/2016 (Old No.:CAN/1324/2016) is listed today but it appears from the record that it has already been disposed of on 07.04.2016.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
