APP Mr. Arani Bhattacharya .....For the State It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody for about 59 days. The case diary has been produced.

Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having regard to the injury report and the complicity of the petitioners in the alleged offence as apparent from the case record, further detention of the petitioners, in my view, is not required.

Accordingly, the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar, Nadia.

The prayer for bail is allowed.

The application for bail being CRM 5425 of 2021, is disposed of.
