The recruitment process under challenge in this writ petition pertains to the Eastern Railway. In view of the provisions of Section 3(q) read with Sections 14 and 28 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this Court lacks jurisdiction to receive, try and determine the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action, if permissible in law, before the appropriate forum.
