The present revisional application is moved praying for setting aside the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in C. Case No.51 of 2017 subsequent to order dated 6.12.2017 whereby the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, allowed an application under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
