On the prayer of Mr. Trivedi, learned senior advocate representing the petitioner leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner to add the Chief Medical Health Officer of Kolkata Municipal Corporation, office at 5. S. N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata - 700013, as party respondent to the present writ petition in course of the day.

Though the writ petition has been filed inter alia seeking in effect eviction of the corporation's office and/or Health Centre from the petitioner's premises no. 128, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Police Station Jorasanko, Kolkata- 700007, Mr. Trivedi, learned senior advocate representing the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, at this stage, is only interested in seeking disposal of its representation dated 17th February, 2025

WPA 12031 of 2025 appearing at page 45 of the writ petition which is pending before the municipal authorities for more than a year. 4.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Having regard to the above submission and without going into any other issue this Court disposes of the writ petition by directing the municipality to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17th February, 2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be given to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
