The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings of G. R. Case No. 1163 of 2006 arising out of Bhaktinagtar P. S. Case No. 316 of 2006 dated 15.08.2006 under Sections 25(1)(a)/27/35 of the Arms Act read with Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. Earlier, a report has been submitted by Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate for the State.

Having regard to the contentions advanced by the petitioner as well as by the State, I am of the opinion that issues canvassed in the revisional application relate to certain question of facts which are not within the ambit of Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to be considered.

Petitioner, as such, granted liberty to canvass all the points raised in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisonal application being CRR 1832 of 2008 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
