State and the private respondents are represented.

Learned junior standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that the police received two complaints. The complaints were enquired into and prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure submitted.

Apparently there are civil disputes between the private parties with regard to an immovable property.

The police acted on the complaints as noted above. At this stage, interference by the Writ Court is not called for.

Accordingly, the writ application being WPA 12965 of 2021 is disposed of.
