The petitioner has challenged the selection of the recruitment process of 2009 conducted by the DPSC, Malda. He has filed the writ petition on 3rd May, 2017. 2.

The petitioner is, therefore, within the cut off date mentioned in the order dated 26th April, 2024 passed in WPA 25712 of 2022 (Md. Asiruddin and Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal and Ors.).

He shall, therefore, be entitled to the benefit of appointment on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
