The earlier order dated 07.03.2024 directing the Bpg.

petitioner to furnish bank guarantee of Rs.5,00,000/-and a local surety in the form of title deed of a property amounting to Rs.5,00,000/- is modified to the extent that the petitioner would furnish bank guarantee of Rs.8,00,000/- before the learned special court. The other terms and conditions which have been imposed in the order dated 07.03.2024 would remain unaltered. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
