Petitioner Mr. Imran Ali Ms. Sima Biswas ... for the State-respondent(s) The earlier order dated 08.11.2024 is modified to the extent that in spite of the bank guarantee of Rs. 8 lakh which was directed to be furnished before the learned Special Court, the petitioner would furnish a local surety by way of submission of title deed of a property to the tune of Rs. 8 lakh and personal bond of Rs.5 lakh. This order is being modified as the vehicle is lying almost three years with the police authorities.

The learned Special Court would ensure the documents which are furnished before the Court prior to passing any order and/or direction for releasing the vehicle. Accordingly, CRAN 2 of 2024 is disposed of.
