Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the police filed charge-sheet subsequent to the order dated February 18, 2022 passed in CRM(A) 814 of 2022. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the earlier order of rejection dated February 18, 2022 passed in CRM(A) 814 of 2022.

While considering the prayer for other co-accused including that of the petitioner for anticipatory bail on February 18, 2022, we returned a finding that the petitioner herein was not entitled to anticipatory bail. We find no reason to review such finding based on the materials in the case diary today.

Consequently, the renewal prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2997 of 2022 is dismissed.
