Mitra Mr. Amartya Pal Ms. Sreemayee Mitra Mr. Mahek Jaiswal ....for the WBCHSE 1) In terms of order dated 25th June, 2025, report is filed by the President, West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (for short, "Council") dated 1st July, 2025 and same is taken on record.

2) It is disclosed in the report dated 1st July, 2025 that on review of Mathematics paper of the petitioner there was no change in marks. In support of such statements are made in paragraph 2(vi), a document is enclosed to the report at page 19.

3) Learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for direction upon concerned authority of the Council to supply authenticated copy of answer scripts of certain subjects in connection with petitioner's participation in Higher Secondary examination 2025.

4) Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties, writ petition stands disposed of as report is filed on behalf of the Council disclosing no change in marks on review of Mathematics answer script.

5) However, petitioner shall be at leave to apply for supply of authenticated copy of answer script in accordance with law. If such application is made, it is expected that concerned authority of the Council shall take necessary steps for supply of authenticated copy of answer script on compliance of necessary formalities..

6) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
