Mr. Masud Karim, Md. Nasim Akram ...for the petitioner The writ petition is directed against an order dated April 5, 2009 passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal in O.A.9626 of 2008.

The writ petitioner assailed an order of repatriation from Vigilance Commission to their parent department namely, Kolkata Police.

Challenge to such order of the repatriation was negated by the Tribunal. Hence the present writ petition.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is no longer interested in proceeding with the writ petition. Writ petitioner was repatriated and are working with Kolkata Police.

In such circumstances, WP.ST 415 of 2009 is disposed of as not pressed.
