We perused the reliefs sought for in the Original Application.

The writ petitioners seek a mandatory direction on the authorities to correct the record of rights in terms of title deed dated June 25, 1967. The petitioners waited from 1967 till 2015 for correction of the record of rights. We doubt the maintainability of the application itself.

Learned Tribunal will decide the issue of maintainability first. The question of issuing a

direction of expeditious disposal does not arise in the facts and circumstance of the present case.

W.P.L.R.T. 65 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
