Report dated 23.06.2023 submitted by Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept on record. A statement of the de facto complainant viz. Daman Radhey Derling has been enclosed along with the said report. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, I am of the opinion that as the offences complained of are private and personal in nature and no public money is involved, I hold that further continuance of the proceedings relating to Nabadwip Police Station Case No. 447 of 2021 is unwarranted.

Accordingly, all further proceedings relating to Nabadwip Police Station Case No. 447 of 2021 under Sections 420/406/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and all orders passed in connection therewith are hereby quashed.

The revisional application being CRR 1886 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is, thus, allowed.

Other pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
