Banerjee) Mr. Anindya Sundar Das Mr. Shaunak Ghosh Mr. Syed Uj Jaman Ms. Paramita Mondal Mr. Suman Halder Ms. Suva Gayen ...for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of Title Suit No. 796 of 2023 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that an injunction application is pending for hearing.

From the order-sheets appended to this application it appears that several interlocutory applications are pending.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioners shall be

obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial judge.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing.

In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, CO 1941 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Barasat to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavour to see that the same is disposed of as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
