The basis of the claim for compensation is the actions taken by secured creditor under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The Act of 2002 provides statutory alternative remedy to the petitioner. Further interference by a Writ Court is not called for.

Accordingly, the writ application being WPA 12930 of 2021 is disposed of.
