Record reflects that the Investigating Officer of the case being CSW-24 appeared on 17-05-2024 before the learned trial court. However, the Presiding Officer was on leave and the next date of evidence of the Investigating Officer is fixed on 1306-2024. State would ensure regarding witness being present on the next date so fixed. Learned trial court is directed to ensure that the evidence of investigating officer is completed by 30th June, 2024 and the examination under Section 313 CrPC commences and concludes by 31st July, 2024.

If the defence intends to adduce any evidence three months' time be afforded. In the alternative if the defence do not intend to adduce any evidence from the month of August, 2024, let the final arguments of the case commence and the verdict of the court be pronounced by 30th November, 2024. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1943 of 2024 is disposed of.

Connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
