3) This is a writ petition of the year 2007 challenging the decision of the Regional Transport Authority dated 8th February, 2007 rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for curtailment of the route from Krishnanagar to Ranaghat on the ground that public service would be hampered. It appears from the record that due to passage of time the petitioner is not interested to move this writ petition. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed for defualt.
