Learned advocate for the petitioner says that he has instructions not to press this application for bail. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 810 of 2024 is dismissed for non-prosecution. The State is directed to immediately send back the Case Diary to the learned trial Court so that the trial is not delayed by reason of non-availability of the Case Diary. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
