None appears on behalf of the writ petitioners. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 3, Oil Company submits that the writ application is infructuous because the tender was already allotted to respondent nos. 4 and 5. Now it is submitted on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 that after the tender was given to them, their work is in full swing in terms of the tender. Hence, the writ application has become infructuous as there was no interim order passed in the writ application.

Since, none appears on behalf of the writ petitioners on call considering the dismal conduct of the writ petitioners, the writ application being W.P.A. 11157 of 2019 is dismissed for default. (Shivakant Prasad, J.)
