The petitioner in both the writ petitions is the Assistant Teacher of Chaluary High School, District-24-Parganas (South), in one writ petition he has challenged the decision of the Managing Committee of the School to appoint a teacher who is junior to him, as the teacher-in-charge and in another writ petition, he has challenged the show-cause notice issued to him by the Managing Committee.

By the order of this Court, the Managing Committee of the School has been dissolved and the Sub-inspector of School, Bishnupur Circle - III, District 24-Parganas (South) has been appointed as the Administrator.

regular Headmaster has been recommended for appointment in the school. Mr. Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the said new Headmaster shall take charge of his office within this week.

In view of such development, the challenge in the writ petitions have become infructuous, accordingly W.P.A. 12334 of 2023 and W.P.A.

10590 of 2023 are disposed of without any order as to costs.
