Considering the statement of the mother of the petitioner identifying the two accused from the CCTV footage shown to her and considering the other materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses and photographs, I do not find this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
