"The second appeal tender is of year 2001.

There is a defect of minor nature reported being that memo of appeal needs to be classified in words. None appears on behalf of appellants. Let notice be issued to the learned advocate enclosing copy of this order for taking steps to remove the defect as well as that the appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. In event the defect is not rectified or appellants continue to go unrepresented or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed on adjourned date or thereafter.

Noting dated 20th July, 2021 says notice was issued. Printed list has also been published. We are convinced appellants have lost interest.

SAT 2610 of 2001 is dismissed.
