The Inspector-in-Charge, Malandighi Police Station shall dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated May 13, 2022, in accordance with law.

With regard to the complain filed before the Inspector-in-Charge, Sonamukhi Police Station, this court finds from the police report that Sonamukhi PS Case No. 88/22 dated June 20, 2022 under Sections 341/323/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code had already been started and the investigation is under progress. Statements of witnesses under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. have been recorded. The FIR named accused persons were issued notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. The police report is taken on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The pending investigation of Sonamukhi PS Case No. 88/22 shall be reached to its logical conclusion. If the petitioner lodges further compliant about physical resistance by anti-socials, in the course of plying of his vehicle, the concerned police authority, before whom such complaint is made, shall take steps.

There shall be no order as to costs.
