The petitioner appeared in NEET-UG, 2025.

The Bardhaman Bidyarthi Bhavan Girls School was the examination centre of the petitioner.

The petitioner is alleging that due to noncooperation of the invigilator and other persons of the center she has lost 40 minutes of her examination time.

The National Testing Agency was directed to enquire into the matter. Mr. Menon, learned advocate appears on behalf of the said agency and submits that the petitioner somehow had skipped the biometric but ultimately when it was detected than she was asked to complete the said procedure, initially she had refused but ultimately did it, in this process some time might be wasted but for which the centre cannot be held

responsible. He produces the photo copy of the O.M.R sheet of the petitioner and the report obtained from the said centre, let those documents be kept with the record.

Mr. Menon, also submits that from the copy of the O.M.R sheet it would appear that the petitioner attempted all of the questions and she is appearing in the NEET-UG since 2019 therefore it is preposterous to suggest that she was not aware of the necessity of doing biometric.

The material on record suggests that the allegation of the petitioner is completely untrue, therefore, the prayer of the petitioner that she may be awarded marks for the wastage of her examination time, cannot be entertained.

W.P.A 12484 of 2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
