This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering the representation dated October 5, 2020 made by the petitioner.

I have heard learned Counsel for the appearing parties and perused the materials placed on record. Accordingly, I direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated October 5, 2020 made by the petitioner upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from date. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
