In the third paragraph on the first page of the order shall stand corrected and replaced with the following paragraph, "The petitioner's husband retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2005. The husband died on 23.07.2016.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated July 22, 2022.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
